I believe I came by this in Drumline season.... for those that can't read my crap of writing here's what it says:
Awkward Turtle
When an awkward situation comes up, put:
1. Right hand over left hand,
2. Extend thumbs and rotate,
3. Say, "Awkward Turtle".
(see fig. 1 for details).
People sometimes do not understand the awkward turtle in it's nature and usually give it a "WTF?" look (see fig. 2 for details). The AT can be found in any awkward situation. (More on page 226).
